Fuse’d brings a pleasant upscale atmosphere mixed with the classic American bar and grill feel.
For the appetizer, I tried the lobster deviled eggs.
They were deep-fried deviled eggs filled with spicy mayo, candied bacon, and lobster. The mayo added a nice kick that balanced out the fried egg. The lobster was a nice, fresh touch to the rest of the flavors.
For my entrée, I had the wagyu burger with a side of fries.
The burger was juicy and the candied bacon added a nice second flavor. Hands down, this was one of the best burgers that I have ever had. The fries were crispy and perfectly salted. The entire entrée was great.
For dessert, I had the peach cobbler that was topped with vanilla ice cream.
The peach cobbler had a strong flavor mixed with ice cream which created a contrast with the heat of the cobbler. There was a crispy top layer of dough to the cobbler that elevated the overall experience.
The service was also exceptional. The waitress was quick and efficient. With water being refilled constantly and the waitress checking up, I was really pleased.
The one arguable negative was the price. The bill came out to be around 40 dollars per person. I say arguable because of the high quality of food. The high price of over $30 per person comes with high execution.
The sensational food mixed with the new upscale feel made my time at Fuse’d amazing. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone. Fuse’d was great. I rate it 5 out of 5 stars.
